REGISTRATION for the 2021 FOLSOM BREAKOUT BLUES events will posted here as as we confirm that we can return to normal racing formats.

Editing your Race Registration

Do you want to change your event from the 5K to the Half Marathon? Change your bus-to-the-start pick up location? Add a bus-to-the-start ticket? Something else? CLICK HERE for instructions. The deadline to do this is by Monday at 11:59 pm on Oct. 12. 

Half Marathon Registration Details

  • No entry refunds, deferrals, transfers.
  • Half marathon entry limit: 3,500
  • Since this is a point to point course, race registration provides an option to take a bus to the start for $10.

Half Marathon Registration Fees: Dates and fees described below will be adjusted when registration opens.

  • Jan. 13 to Feb. 29 at 11:59 p.m. PT: $45
  • March 1 to May 31 at 11:59 p.m. PT: $55
  • June 1 to August 31 at 11:59 p.m. PT: $65
  • September 1 to October 14 at 11:59 p.m. PT: $75
  • If allowed, in person at Fri., Sat. Packet Pick Up: $85
  • No online event registrations after 11:59pm on the Monday prior to race day.

5K Registration Details​

  • No entry refunds, deferrals, transfers.
  • 5K entry limit: 2,000
  • Since this is a point to point course, race registration provides an option to take a bus to the start for a $10.

5K Registration Fees: : Dates and fees described below will be adjusted when registration opens.

  • Date Jan. 13 to May 31 at 11:59 p.m. PT: $30
  • June 1 to August 31 at 11:59 p.m. PT: $35
  • Sept. 1 to Oct. 14 at 11:59 p.m. PT: $40
  • If allowed, Fri., Sat. Packet Pick Up: $45
  • No online event registrations after 11:59pm on the Monday prior to race day.

Relay Registration Details

  • No entry refunds, deferrals, transfers.
  • Relay Team entry limit: 250 teams
  • Since this is a point to point course, race registration provides an option to take a bus to the start for $10.

Relay Registration Fees: Dates and fees described below will be adjusted when registration opens.

  • Date Jan. 13 to Feb. 29 at 11:59 p.m. PT: $60
  • March 1 to May 31 at 11:59 p.m. PT: $70
  • June 1 to August 31 at 11:59 p.m. PT: $80
  • September 1 to October 14 at 11:59 pm PT: $90
  • If allowed, Fri., Sat. Packet Pick Up: $100
  • No online event registrations after 11:59 pm on the Monday prior to race day.

FREE Kids 1K Registration Info

  • For kids 12 years old and younger.
  • FREE Online!
  • Online registration opening and closing dates tbd.
  • Registrations for $5 will be accepted at packet pick up on Friday and Saturday.
  • Registrations for $5 will be accepted race morning from 6:15 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. Race start is 7:00 am.
