FBB Half Marathon Training Programs are listed below.

Runnin' for Rhett Training Program

The Summer/Fall Runnin' for Rhett FBB Training Program, geared for all levels of runners, will begin in early August. Runnin’ for Rhett has Folsom, Sacramento and Elk Grove training locations, so it's easy to train with this program no matter where you work or live.

SacFit Training Programs for Runners and Walkers

SacFit's Summer/Fall training programs target a variety of late summer and fall running/walking events in the Sacramento area, including the Folsom Blues Breakout Half marathon, 5K and Relay. The initial meeting is usually held in late June

Fleet Feet Fair Oaks/Folsom Training Program

The Fleet Feet Fair Oaks/Folsom Half Marathon Training Program for the  Folsom Blues Breakout Half Marathon will begin with a Program Info Night in mid-July. The first group workout will be in late July, usually in Historic Old Folsom. All levels of runners are welcome and the program includes training for the Urban Cow Half Marathon!

The Running Group

The Running Group uses a build-up phase, a proven training program, qualified mentors who train with you, USA Track and Field Certified Coaching, all coupled with a giant load of enthusiasm to guide you along the way.

FIT4MOM Folsom/EDH

Designed for any level of runner, beginner to expert, FIT4MOM Folsom Lake RUN CLUB is a stroller-friendly running group focused on YOU, Mama. You'll learn all about running fundamentals like gear, form, injury prevention, pace and more, and have the option to train with your stroller (and kiddos). Our comprehensive 8-week 5K, 1/2 relay and half marathon training programs include a weekly group run, customized at-home training schedule, online community support and accountability, new FIT4MOM RUN CLUB trucker hat, and more. CLICK HERE to learn more and enroll. Gold Country Run and Sport is located near the start of the FBB Half Marathon, Relay and 5K. The Summer/Fall 9 week training program usually beins in mid-August and will specifically target running the FBB Half Marathon. CLICK HERE for details and to sign up!
