Fastest 5K in the WEST - perhaps the WORLD!

This is the "Fastest 5K in the West"... perhaps in the nation, even the world! It is also beginning runner and walker friendly. It starts on the Folsom Crossing (aka Johnny Cash) Bridge and follows the Jed Smith memorial Trail (also known as the Lake Natoma Trail) to the walker Bridge, and finishes in Folsom's eclectic Historic District. Participants receive the same amenities as the Half Marathon and Relay runners, including a Johnny-themed technical fabric t-shirt and unique finisher's medallion. CLICK HERE to view the course map and scroll down to check out much more information.
