Gold Country Run and Sport is located near the start of the FBB Half Marathon, Relay and 5K. Our Fall training program will begin in August and will specifically target running the FBB Half Marathon. CLICK HERE for details and to sign up!

Runnin' for Rhett Training Program

The Summer/Fall Runnin' for Rhett Training Program, geared for all levels of runners will begin July 30, 2016. Runnin’ for Rhett has both Folsom and Sacramento training locations throughout the week, so it's easy to train no matter where you work or live.

SacFit Training Programs for Runners and Walkers

SacFit's Summer/Fall training programs target a variety of late summer and fall running/walking events in the Sacramento area, including the Folsom Blues Breakout Half marathon, 5K and Relay. The initial meeting will be held June 11, 2016.

Fleet Feet Fair Oaks/Folsom Training Program

The Fleet Feet Fair Oaks/Folsom Half Marathon Training Program for the 4th Annual Folsom Blues Breakout Half Marathon will begin on July 24, 2016. All levels of runners are welcome and the program includes training for the Urban Cow Half Marathon!

The Running Group

The Running Group uses a build-up phase, a proven training program, qualified mentors who train with you, USA Track and Field Certified Coaching, all coupled with a giant load of enthusiasm to guide you along the way.

Program orientation: on July 24 at 8:00am there will be an orientation meeting for a second group of trainees for the Folsom Blues Breakout Half Marathon, Relay or 5K  (an earlier program started on June 11). Bring your running or walking shoes for the short pace assessment following. This will assist us in placing you in the right pace group for you. Come and get your healthy on!
