Check out the course information posted below. The Half Marathon, Relay and 5K all start on the Johnny Cash Bridge (aka Folsom Lake Crossing). The Half Marathon & Relay course follow a scenic net downhill route around Lake Natoma to the Finish Line Festival in Folsom's famous Historic District. The 5K is almost all downhill and includes running across the famous Rainbow Bridge to a very likely PR finish, also in Folsom's Historic District.

Also below is the Kids 1K Breakaway course. It starts and finishes at the finish line of the other races, near the corner of Leidesdorff and Gold Lakes Drive in Historic Folsom.
Spectator Spot #1
There is no parking at the start, so we recommend you start your spectating at Negro Bar State Park, just off of Greenback lane south of the Rainbow Bridge.This will be just past race course Mile 2, so you'll see lots of happy, fresh runners here.
Spectator Spot #2
Now head on down to the Nimbus Dam Recreation Area by taking Greenback Lane to Hazel Ave. Turn left onto Hazel, and after crossing over the American River turn left just past the Aquatic Center entrance. This will be soon after race course Mile 8.
Spectator Spot #3
At Willow Creek Park, between race course Miles 10 and 11, you will see runners hanging on for for those final two+ miles to the finish. Heading East on Hwy 50, exit Folsom Blvd. and turn left. Travel 1.25 miles and make a u-turn at Blue Ravine traffic light/intersection. Go .25 mil to the Willow Creek turnoff.
Spectator Spot #4
The FINISH! Go north on Folsom Blvd. into the Folsom Historic District just before the Lake Natoma Bridge. The finish is located at the intersection of Gold Lake Drive and Leidesdorff St. in front of Karen's Bakery. Watch all those runners "Cross that finish line" Johnny Cash style!

The relay exchange location is located on Main Avenue where the dirt road intersects with the bike trail. It is at the half way mark of the course at approximately 6.55 miles, so each relay team members runs that distance.
From the intersection of Main Avenue and Sunset Avenue, you will follow Main Avenue (dirt road) south for about 1 mile to access the course and exchange location.
If searching for driving directions, use the street address for Shadow Glen Riding Stables (4854 Main Avenue, Fair Oaks, CA 95628). From that address you will continue south on Main to the dirt road.
